Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We truly appreciate your business and understand that life happens. As a small business, our time is reserved just for you, and last-minute changes directly impact our groomers and other clients. We kindly ask that you be respectful of our time, just as we are of yours.

Cancellation Notice

  • Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 72 hours in advance.

Late Cancellation Fees

  • 50% of the full service will be charged if NOT canceled within 48 hours of your appointment.
  • 75% of the full service will be charged if NOT canceled within 24 hours of your appointment.
  • 100% of the full service will be charged for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

No-Show Policy

  • Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the service cost.
  • Future appointments will not be booked until the no-show fee has been paid in full.
